Yes! We ship to over 100 countries. Shipping charges are automatically calculated based on your country, order quantity, and order value at the time of checkout. We use reliable international shipping aggregators like FedEx for our shipments. Orders shipped outside of India may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties, and
fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient's country.

All PAIO shoes are crafted using standard foot measurements. In case you have narrow feet,
you can contact our support team to alter the pair to fit your foot width. For wide feet, we usually
suggest you purchase a size up.

We accept order exchanges or returns within 30 days of receiving your order. For more details,

We do not provide monetary refunds. We can either exchange your pair for the same/another
