Save your Sole with our shoe insoles designed to provide shock absorption and support to the entire foot. Our insoles are feather soft, ultra thin insoles cut from a hypoallergenic super foam that takes the pressure off your feet.

- Keep your feet cool, dry and comfortable all day.
- Antibacterial for clean, fresh shoes.
- Adhesive on the back is not recommended to remove and reuse.

- Products bought from the ‘Clearance Sale’ section are NOT eligible for return or exchange. The products bought on ‘Sale’ can be exchanged for an alternate size, style or for ‘Store Credit’.
- All other products bought on the website are eligible for either a size exchange, style change, or store credit.
- Refunds are processed only in the form of ‘Store Credit’.
- Monetary refunds (Cash or Bank transfer) are not provided by the brand.
- International orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges
- Custom orders or Made to Order pairs are not eligible for returns or exchanges. We request you to cross-check your size as per our size chart before you order your pair for a perfect fit.
- A product is eligible for return or exchange for 30 days from the date of delivery. Exchange or return requests will not be accepted after this duration.
Return & Exchange Process:
How to place a return request?
- You can sign in to the account by entering the mobile number entered at the time of billing on this page or any sign-in page - Customer Login
- Enter your mobile number and OTP
- Log in to my account > My Orders > Return
- Click on Request return and place a return request.
In order to return a pair of shoes, the customer can self-ship the pair to the PAIO warehouse (suggested guideline for the same mentioned below). Alternatively, the brand can arrange a return pick-up for a charge of Rs.150/-.
For any return or exchange, the item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. The pair must be shipped back in original packaging, along with any gift/freebie you might have received with the pair.
The returned pair will be thoroughly checked. Any used products or products received without packaging will be shipped back to the customer at their expense and will NOT be eligible for any return or exchange
For all product exchanges, the replacement pair will be shipped to the customer once the previous pair has been received and approved by the quality team. In case the pair were shipped by the customer, PAIO will ship the pair free of charge. If PAIO organized a return pick-up, a COD charge of Rs.150 will be added to the package.
Credit notes will be allotted within 48 hours of receiving the product at the PAIO warehouse, provided they comply with the above-mentioned quality requirements. The credit note will be provided for the entire order value (minus shipping charges, if PAIO has arranged for the pick-up) The PAIO credit note is valid for a period of 1 year and can be redeemed at the ‘Checkout’ page.

PAIO will ensure a monetary refund only in select cases like:
- The product sent is faulty or damaged.
- The replacement (size, or any other style) product is not available
Monetary refunds will not be provided for any other scenario.
For prepaid orders, the refund will be processed to the original source. For COD orders, refunds will be processed in the bank account of your choice or UPI.
Refunds may take up to 5-7 days. If PAIO has arranged a return pick-up, the shipping charges will be debited.

For all orders purchased online, cancellations must be made within 24 hours of placing the order. Any cancellations after this time period will not be considered canceled and the amount will not be refunded.
RETURN POLICY (CUSTOM ORDERS ONLY)
We at PAIO believe our shoes are crafted to meet the best possible requirements of our customers.
However, we are not perfect, and do get our custom shoes wrong at times! In such unfortunate cases, we are happy to offer a credit note to our customers for the entire order amount (minus shipping charges). No refunds will be given for custom orders.

We aim to dispatch all collection orders within 24 hours, with the exception of Sales.
All orders are couriered using the best and most reliable courier services in the country.
Domestic orders normally take around 5-10 days for delivery depending on the location of delivery.
We offer 'Free Shipping' for all orders above. Rs.1500/-. A non-refundable amount of Rs.100/- will be charged for orders below Rs.1500/-.
International shipment charges are calculated at actuals at checkout.
Upon shipment, you will be provided with a tracking ID via email. You may track your shoe using this facility.
For all custom orders, we take 20-25 working days to craft your shoe. We aim to delivery your shoe to you within these days.
For deliveries, we have partnered with reliable courier services across India.
Shipping in India over Rs.1500 is free.
For al International deliveries, we have tied up with the best logistics partners to provide you with reliable service at a reasonable charge.
- We accept all international debit and credit cards.
- Once our shoes are shipped out, it should take 5-10 working days for the shoes to get delivered.
- Custom duties, import charges and all other fees are to be borne by the customer.
Cash on Delivery (COD) facility is not available for International orders. Shipping charges are automatically calculated during checkout.
