Cancel, Return and Exchange Policy

The Return and Exchange policy of PAIO is formulated keeping the client in mind and is subject to the terms and conditions detailed below. According to this policy, if you wish to return or exchange any item purchased from PAIO, please get in touch within 24-72 hours of receiving the product. Upon which, our customer care team will get in touch with you.

Please note we have no facility to pick up any goods that need to be returned. Please courier the product to the following address:

Return & Exchange Policy

Customers are eligible to ask for a return or exchange of a PAIO shoe based on the below criteria:

  1. Wrong sized/colour product
  2. Product received was damaged or had defects
  3. Shoe received was not as per order placed

If the product received falls under any of the above points, please get in touch on via email on customercare@paio.co within 24-72 hours of receiving the product. Please send across an image of the received product.

Our customer care team will get in touch within the next 24-48 hours. Should you be eligible for an exchange or refund, kindly ensure the shoe reaches our office premises within the next 10 working days.

For product exchanges, we will ensure that the exchanged product will get dispatched within the next 48 hours.

For product returns, you will receive store credit from PAIO in the form of a voucher via email. You may use this voucher for future purchases with PAIO. 

 

Cancellation Policy:

Should you wish to cancel an order placed with PAIO, it must be done within 10 hours of receiving the confirmation email.

Any cancellations post this time will not be accepted.
